Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from goodeestore.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied we would be happy to assist you.

Please note: We do not accept returns for Goodee product not purchased from  goodeestore.com.

Goodee Product Return Process

1. Sign into your GooDee

2.Find the order in My Orders, take a screenshot of your orders page, save it.

3.Email our support team (Email:customer@goodeestore.com)tell us the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and upload the screenshot.

4.Our support will send you the return label, Print it and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.( You will get a response within 1-3 working days.

5.Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.

6.Send us a notification after you ship the item out and you need to provide a tracking number. Once we received the item you sent and check the item is in good condition, we will exchange or give you a refund. This will be processed within 3 working days.

60 Days Money Back Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with the products,  you can send it back for a refund or item exchange within 60 days of receiving it. Return shipping fees is covered by customers.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Note: Since some product manufacturers provide special discounts, in the absence of force majeure and special effects, the specific implementation rules will refer to the product details page description.

Missing Item(s), Wrong Item(s) or Incorrect Package Sent

During delivery, please make sure the package is in good condition and confirm the contents before signing the package.

For any issues, please contact us (customer@goodeestore.com) and follow our warranty process:

  1. Provide your order number and order information.
  2. Please contact us with your order number and order information,, and (if applicable) the item received.

Possible Solutions after the problem is confirmed by Goodee:

If there is an item missing, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period.

If we have shipped the wrong item, we will either refund you in full or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available). Goodee will decide whether you need to return the wrong product or not and reimburse you for the return shipping fee when we receive it.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Product with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customer@goodeestore.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customer@goodeestore.com.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail us first.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

EXCHANGES

We always wish that you're 100% satisfied with your Goodee purchase. Our worry-free exchanges policy ensures that you can exchange your product(s) within 30 days from shipping from our warehouse (excluding shipping and handling charges). View the Warranty Terms and Conditions.
